Our specialties include chemicals, CMP/Polishing slurry, grinding/dicing semiconductor tapes, grinding Wheels, conditioners, and parts. We work together with our partners both domestic and foreign to provide the best technical support and service possible to become an asset to our customers.

2008. May - SPRINGFARM is established in the city of Yongin, Cheoingu
2008. August - Office in Seoul is established.
2008. August - TrisTech is JEMT's (China) official reseller of CMP Slurry in Korea's domestic market.
2008. October - B&D HI-TECH appoints Springfarm as an offical reseller.
2008. October - SPRINGFARM establishes itself with American semiconductor part makers and machine manufacturers in a strategic alliance.
2009. April - SPRINGFARM establishes itself as TRISTECH CO., LTD as a corporation in the Yongin, Suji area.
2009. April - TRISTECH starts collaborating on solar cell technology as a new venture.
2009. April - Han Yang University, B&D Hi Tech, MEMC Korea joins together in an alliance for business and research.
2009. July - TRISTECH INC is incorporated in California, USA to take over UNIJ Corp as TRISTECH Korea's offical branch headquarters.
2009. September - Shinhan Diamond Industrial appoints TRISTECH as a reseller.
2009. September - ACE INDUSTRIES appoints TRISTECH as a reseller.
2009. November - TRISSYSTEM becomes a TRISTECH associate partner to assist in parts and equipment support.
